This is my 3rd stay at The Rembrandt... The staff service is impeccable and attentive. Very well located with easy access to public transport, plenty of food around and within walking distance to many well established museums, Hyde Park, shopping, etc...

Great location and an impressive building- hearty breakfast served in a lovely dining room. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. General staff were very attentive and helpful- the bar staff were not to the same standard I paid for an upgrade in room, which I was glad about as the room size was average. Ideal for the National History and V&A museums plus Harrods and tube station near by. The prepared breakfast items were very good however I would have preferred a choice of eggs I.E. poached or an omelette Clean room and bathroom facilities Don't know why I was charged a service charge- when I ordered and collected my own drinks at the bar.

One night we had hard problems sleeping because the air conditioning was making strong noises, it took us a while to sleep and woke us up several times. The next morning I complained and the problem was fixed really fast, so no complain on that side. Nevertheless, the noise was intermittent and random the first days, one terrible night, and after that, it kept making some noises now and then but they were not strong anymore. In general the staff was attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Rembrandt Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was modern. Finally a shower that was roomy and easy to use and regulate! The location is perfect and breakfast was good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

generally it is very good and convenient, very closed to V&A museum and other spot. Clean and good service. But I have to say that some of the lady in reception is not very polite and judgemental when asking question. This gives me a not very welcoming impression on the first day. But during my second and third stay, they are all very nice and good. Guard and bellboy are very helpful. So I think the lady is an exceptional case.

Once again we had a wonderful stay! The staff were brilliant and even surprised us with petals and swans(towels) on the bed for our anniversary!! Close to South Kensington Excellent breakfast choice

This is our 2nd stay in The Rembrant, we are very satisfied with location, breakfast, cleanliness… No need to say, in the heart of South Hampton, easy to reach I am expecting fresh filter coffee for breakfast, and a nespresso machine will be a plus in rooms

The room is cleaned and the staff is great! Convenient location. WiFi not fast enough but we were happy with it We stayed for 6 nights. Wish there are some alternatives at breakfast because we had the same breakfast everyday.. other than that, all is good.

We booked as we were attending a World's Strongest Man Event at The Royal Albert Hall, which was ending at around 10pm, The Rembrandt was close by and convenient. We had a nice welcome and departure, with helpful friendly staff. We were allocated a reasonable sized comfortable room for one night, although Travel Lodge mattresses are more comfortable. We had breakfast included and there was a good range of different options.

Convenient for Museums, parks and palaces. Good links by bus and underground. Relaxed environment. The only disappointment was not being able to access the pool between 8.00 am and 6.00pm. This should be made clear on the website. The pool belongs to the fitness company next door and there is a charge of £10pp per day.

Excellent clean hotel service good. Did think some of the male staff in bar were very unhappy in their job they did not seem very friendly or smile much. Excellent Clean and comfortable Easy access to tube station, museums and Chelsea Westminister Hospital etc. Breakfast in main restaurant excellent service brilliant. Food in bar area not hot, luke warm. Staff seemed unhappy in their work, no smiling hard to interact.

Booked 2 rooms for a family trip which were paid in full in advance and supposed to include a free drink and free breakfast. I received neither and upon checking out after the 3 night stay - I was charged extra for the breakfasts!! Breakfast was fine, but it was supposed to be included and it was an EXTRA CHARGE at checkout.
