Yes! Aquilla Health and Fitness is equipped with a gym, indoor pool, hot tub and steam and sauna facilities. Hotel resident guests may access Aquilla Health and Fitness for a discounted daily fee of £10 per person.
Aquilla Health and Fitness is open Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm.
Several car parks in Knightsbridge and South Kensington offer secure 24-hour parking. We recommend Chelsea Cloisters which is about a 10 minute walk away and offers discounted rates for hotel guests.
No. We don’t accept pets in any of our bedrooms or public areas, except for service animals.
Flexible reservations must be cancelled or amended no later than 12pm, the day before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of the first nights rate.
Prepaid reservations require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled once the reservation is confirmed. One change of date is permitted for the same or higher price, and for the same booking conditions and room type. Change requests must be made in writing to [email protected], at least 7 days or more before arrival. Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of your stay within 24hrs after making your reservation. You must be able to show the credit card used for the deposit at check-in, otherwise, you must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. or provide an alternate method of payment.
