Reception, concierge and restaurant staff management very friendly and they recognize our recurring patronage. Disappointed our requested room, 566, not available, even though booking made months ago but room provided was sufficient substitute. Some of the bedding items we requests were not met and we had to request after we were in the room.. Do not like the total switch to pump bottles for soap and conditioners—too hard on the skin. Some bathroom amenities should be provided (Qtips, shower cap, etc). Hallways need detail painting. Offering at breakfast still good choice but need to improve hot food remains hot when out on display. Most times that we check in there is some problem with room functionality. This time the tv picture was too dark for good viewing and the us electric outlet was not working. We did have at least one item disappear while staying in hotel. It was small and not expensive but it shouldn’t happen. There was a maintenance person who had to come for a toilet problem in addition to housekeeping staff in the room while we were out that we were aware of.. Restaurant support staff need improvement. Didn’t remove dirty dishes efficiently. Don’t circulate room enough.

We stayed three nights in April 2024. We had a wonderful experience - all the staff are very professional and extremely helpful. A tasty English breakfast buffet is included which helps with the economics. The location is fantastic - close to everything we wanted to see and the hop on hope off stop is close as is the tube for the areas that were farther away. Definitely would return.

The location could not have been better for our quick trip as we flew in and out of London on a longer vacation. We were able to see an visit several favorite spots in a short time frame with easy access to lots of restaurants and shops near the South Ken Underground station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved our room. Overall, very pleased and would definitely stay here again. Basic cocktail offerings, would have been fun to see some specialty mixology offered. We asked the batender to make a specific drink but he'd never heard of it.

The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and all looking to help. It makes the overall experience a special one All the staff were friendly and helpful I was surprised that water was only given once and there wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom but other than that it was very comfortable The location gives easy access to the tube stations as well as right between all the Museums, Parks and Shops

We had a very pleasant stay and will for sure come back. Rooms are clean, breakfast excellent with lost of choices.

The location of the hotel is amazing, in front of Victoria and Albert museum, near metro stations, Harrods, lots of museums, shops, restaurantes and more. The staff was very helpful and obliging. The room was clean, spacious, modern and useful, very nice. The breakfast was so delicious and complete, as the restaurant was (one of the best fish and chips I ate in all the trip). The restaurant team is very helpful and gentle. The hotel is amazing and I hope stay there again! Thanks! André V. Near from museums, stores, metro system, parks, good food, everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay with you. We were very lucky to be upgraded on arrival. All facilities were excellent . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. A special shout out for the lady on the Reception desk at check in. (I'm sorry, I forget your name). Our Room (647) was spotless , spacious and very comfortable. We would probably go for breakfast earlier next time, as it was very busy later on. We also ate in the lounge area. Our meals were very good, and the cocktails were lovely. The hotel is located opposite the V and A and a few minutes walk from the Royal Albert Hall and South Kensington underground. Perfect for us. Thank you

We were really pleased with our stay.Ambience ,food and service were excellent.Minor problems. No shower cap and a small tablet of soap would have been nice.Pillow on first night was uncomfortable.Second night it was changed to a feather pillow which was much more comfortable!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Very friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean, lovely, comfortable rooms, great location. I’d definitely return. Didn’t try Very kind, came at 7am to clean a shattered glass that my son broke … I wish there’s been scones and crumpets at breakfast !

We stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel, Thurloe Place, London for two nights in late April 2024. The hotel was stylish and clean. The staff were friendly, responsive and efficient. We prefer a buffet at breakfast and the Rembrandt provides one of the best, with a full English available, not only a continental as at many hotels now. The room was a standard, but spacious enough for London. Only two slight niggles - first, we booked a twin room. Although each had its own linen, there was no gap between the beds - so not a true twin. Also, I am pretty sure, when I filled the online check-out in advance, that I ticked the box requiring an emailed receipt. Three days after leaving, it has still not arrived. Overall though, well done, we would come again. Twin bed situation in main review. Also, a pamphlet with details of all meals and services would have been welcome in the room. Opposite the V&A - our favourite museum. Only breakfast taken. Very good, but the hot food was only just warm, so nearly cold by the time it was at the table. Also, can you provide Rooibos tea bags!
