Two comments to make but otherwise everything was excellent-staff food room etc The main problem was turning on the shower in the disabled bathroom -room 147.I could not turn the water on and the two very helpful members of staff didn’t know how it worked.The maintenance man arrived promptly at 8am and moved a very stiff on /off dial to get the water flowing. Job done except then I could only get cold water despite turning a very difficult thermostat ring-a very intense wake up! My other comment is that I didn’t know there was a complementary bottle of water in the mini bar until the day of departure-a note would have been helpful. Otherwise Ad I said previously everything was lovely.

I had a bad experience with your concierge staff named Neil Cowen, i travel as a big group under cerita lari for London marathon I arrived earlier before our booking date and we want keep just 1 check in luggage in your concierge because we want explore scotland, but we served very bad with rude and sarcactic langguage and need to beg before accept to keep our luggage. We already explain were came with a big group aprox30-35 rooms (cerita lari every year book and stay in your hotel) how can only 1 bag need to make us beg to help?

I was treated very well from the moment I arrived. The concierge was the first to great me and from the start treated me as a long lost friend. My room was great. Very clean and large enough to not feel too cramped. The sweet lady that cleaned my room each day was always kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. Not as grandiose as some hotels and certainly much better than most. As an American, the bathtub is quite different. It’s a tall step up and always a bit awkward in and out of the tub. But it was clean and had great water pressure. The only thing I would change is the free bottle of water… we get one on the arrival day but none of the other days. I would have appreciated a bottle each day. Otherwise, I’d say everything was great!

This was my second stay and unfortunately i had to request a room change as the room provided did not meet the needs of two friends staying in a twin. It was a corner room and there was only one arm chair to sit on and anyone sitting in it would have to get up to let the other person get to their bed...no opportunity for two to enjoy a time together seated. Very different to my previous experience. I did request a room change which was well accommodated but given i had shared high praise and confidence from my previous stay things did not work out so well. There was no milk in our tray but that was quickly rectified following my call to reception.

Best hotel I've stayed in in London yet. Beautiful rooms, excellent location and the staff couldn't be more helpful or accommodating, even when sorely tested.

Absolutely enormous rooms and beds!!

The staff made everything easier - offering directions, helping to book excursions. I just wish I had had time to visit the spa. And the location was so convenient. I wish the water had been more visible. I didn't notice it or the fridge until after I had made a middle of the night visit to the lobby. Close to South Kensington Station and a direct line to Heathrow. The Victoria & Albert is literally right across the street. The breakfast was plentiful but I can't get used to the English breakfast😆 My cosmopolitan was delicious
