Hampton Court Palace Festival

One of the most famous Tudor Courtyards in England, Hampton Court will be alight this June for music-filled nights of picnicking, dancing and socialising.

This year’s line-up rivals last year, when one of Hackney’s own, double platinum selling artist, Paloma Faith, will be performing songs from her recent album on both the 16th and 18th. Peter Andre will be taking us back to the 90’s on 20th June with his well-known hits – Mysterious Girl, Insania and Flava – and renowned song writer Burt Bacharach, who has worked with some of the musical greats, such as Perry Como and Marlene Dietrich, will be performing songs from throughout his career on 23rd June. Jools Holland is also not to be missed as part of the fantastic line up – full details of performers and dates is given on the festival website.

June 13th has always proved the most popular; with fireworks and music from the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, including music from the greats – Mozart, Strauss, Delibes and Brahms, to name but a few. A breath-taking spectacle and one not to be missed.
